About TotBet Casino

Who We Are

We at TotBet are operated by Tensai Tech Solutions LTDA, a company registered in San Jose, Costa Rica. Our casino was established to bring a fresh, modern gaming experience to players who appreciate a clean interface, a huge library of titles, and promotions that feel genuinely generous. Since launching, Tot Bet has focused on building a platform that works equally well on desktop, mobile browsers and our dedicated downloadable app, so you can play wherever and whenever suits you.

Our site is available in English and Dutch, and our loyalty ladder and VIP thresholds are quoted in euro and pound sterling, reflecting the markets we primarily serve. We want every visitor to feel at home on our platform, which is why we've invested in a smooth registration process, responsive design and a library curated from some of the biggest names in iGaming.

Our Licensing and Commitment to Fair Play

At Tot Bet, we operate under a licence issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. This licence covers our operations and reflects our commitment to running a regulated, accountable platform. We take verification seriously too — every account may be asked to confirm identity documents at any stage, and in some cases we may reach out directly by phone as part of our standard checks. This isn't bureaucracy for its own sake; it's how we protect our players and keep our platform secure for everyone.

We also ask every player to respect our terms regarding restricted territories. Tot Bet does not accept registrations from the United States, the United Kingdom, France or the Netherlands, including their overseas territories. We do not permit the use of VPNs, proxies or similar tools to disguise a player's location, and accounts found doing so may be closed, with winnings voided in line with our terms. We'd rather be transparent about this upfront than disappoint anyone later.

Why Responsible Licensing Matters to Us

• We verify every withdrawal request to prevent fraud and protect genuine players.
• Our terms clearly outline restricted countries and game-specific limitations, including NetEnt's territorial restrictions on titles like Narcos, Vikings and Planet of the Apes.
• We process verification requests within the first 72 hours of a withdrawal wherever possible.

Our Game Selection

Here at TotBet, our gaming library is built from partnerships with 44 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Endorphina, BGaming, Betsoft, KA Gaming, Platipus and many more. Whether you're after classic pokies, Megaways mechanics, Bonus Buy features or Hold & Win formats, our collection has something for every type of player. We also run dedicated Jackpot and Drops & Wins categories for those chasing bigger prizes, plus seasonal sections like our Halloween collection to keep things fresh throughout the year.

Our Tot Bet live casino brings the energy of a real table straight to your screen, powered by providers such as Absolute Live Gaming, Pragmatic Live, Vivo Gaming and SA Gaming. You'll find Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and Game Shows running around the clock, including our own take on Gates of Olympus Roulette. While we don't currently offer traditional Craps, we've stocked our shelves with dice-themed slots instead — titles like Gates of Olympus Dice, Sweet Bonanza Dice and The Dog House Dice Show give you that same dice-rolling thrill with a slot twist.

Our Bonuses and Promotions

We at Tot Bet reward new players with a welcome package worth up to €3,000 plus 300 free spins, spread across your first three deposits. Your first deposit of at least €20 unlocks a 100% match up to €1,000 plus 50 free spins on Regal Fruits 20 by Amigo Gaming. Your second and third deposits add further matches and extra spins to keep the momentum going. As with any bonus, wagering requirements and terms apply, so we always recommend checking the full conditions before you claim. For more details on current offers, see our TotBet bonus page.

For players looking for a bigger start, our VIP Welcome Pack offers an enhanced structure across three deposits, including a 150% match plus 150 free spins on the first one. Beyond the welcome offers, our TotBet promotions calendar stays active every week:

• Weekly cashback of 10%, credited every Monday
• A daily rebate, paid the following day
• Infinite Wednesday reload bonus
• Friday Spins, with up to 100 free spins available
• Our Wheel of Fortune and seasonal Advent Calendar
• A referral programme and Bonus Shop for redeeming rewards

Our Loyalty Ladder

Every bet you place at Tot Bet Casino earns CP points, moving you up our 25-tier loyalty ladder. Rewards start small — your first few tiers unlock free spins — and scale up considerably as you climb, with later tiers offering cash rewards alongside spins. At the very top of our ladder sits a grand prize of €75,000 plus 5,000 free spins for our most dedicated players, a reflection of how much we value long-term loyalty.

Our VIP Club

Our VIP Club at TotBet is entered once a player reaches €2,500 in activity. Members of our club enjoy exclusive bonuses, increased cashback rates, priority withdrawals, raised limits, invitations to private events, and a personal account manager who understands your preferences. We've also built a switch offer for players who currently hold VIP status elsewhere and want to bring that recognition over to us. Status within our VIP programme is personal and tied to ongoing activity, so we encourage our top players to stay engaged to keep their benefits active.

Our Banking Options

We've made it simple to fund your account at Tot Bet. Deposits can be made via Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency including Tether, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Withdrawals are returned to the same method used for your deposit, and the account must be registered in your own name. For crypto transactions specifically, we require that both deposits and withdrawals happen from the same device and IP address, and we never exchange crypto to or from fiat currency.

Once you request a withdrawal, our team processes it within up to 72 hours, not counting any time needed for verification. If we need additional documents, we'll ask for them promptly, and you'll have 14 days to provide them before the withdrawal is declined and funds returned to your playable balance. You're always free to cancel a pending withdrawal from your account if you change your mind.
